PROPOSED OUTCOMES/POSSIBLE DESIGN SOLUTIONS

APP:

We thought creating an app could be a good idea as most university students have a phone and spend lots of time on their phone.

 This app could have a user profile and could be able to to count your steps and the walking route on a map.

We thought it could possibly connect to the incentives hypothesis as it could also provide online vouchers and also vouchers that are redeemable by the shop for food and drink when you walk over a certain amount of steps.

INCENTIVES:

If students who live in the local area surrounding university have incentives and motivations to walk to university, they will spend more time per week walking to/from university.

For this we thought that some of the incentives could be food and drink, vouchers/ discounts or prizes

We thought about the places around university like Starbucks or Subway or St Pieres Sushi that are all so close to the university.

We would approach some of the places around university and hopefully they would want to support us with this as it would create returning customers for them.

BRAND INDENTITY:

For this project with think that creating a brand identity to use in our an app and printed media.

Brand Identity: energetic, fun, bright, active.

PRINTED MEDIA

We think that posters and printed media advertised in the spaces our target audience will be in (Universities and the Geographical Area) will be useful to target their attention to our brand and what we offer.

These posters could promote the APP and incentives offered on the APP.

The posters could also promote the active fun and energetic lifestyle and design style.


SOCIAL MEDIA:

Our social media platform can be a way to verify our brand. A social platform also gives us the opportunity to promote for a low cost and collaborate with other brands and people.
